I’ve always held a deep passion for personal finances and its impact on every aspect of our daily lives. Like so many, my road to financial health and stability was paved by trial and error, and it’s why I’m so committed to helping others find theirs. Today, I help clients rebuild their relationship with money and make tangible progress toward their financial and life goals.

Previously, I worked in behavioral healthcare as a practitioner and researcher in a hospital setting; an experience which continues to inform my private practice as a financial coach. I hold a Ph.D. in Research, Statistics, and Evaluation, and an MS in Clinical Psychology. I’m also an Adjunct Professor of Finance & Economics at Golden Gate University’s Ageno School of Business. You can read all about my personal financial journey, and the lessons I learned, on my Substack, Let's Talk Money with Martha.
