Hi there. My name is Rob Minnick, but online I go by Rob ODAAT (One Day at a Time). As someone who struggled with a gambling addiction, I now share my experiences with others who seek hope and change.
For six years, I spent most of my life at casinos and gambled online, wagering up to eight hours a day on everything from parlays to blackjack to slot machines. It nearly destroyed me. Finally, by acknowledging my addiction and seeking support through Gamblers Anonymous, my family, and friends, I haven't placed a bet in almost two years. Today, I try to help others by sharing my own stories of pain, perseverance, and hope.
